SKATEYOGI (Williamsburg)
Brooklyn, New York, US
Terrain & Features
An indoor instructional skate space focusing on adult basics. Features wooden ramps and hosts a weekly Adult Open Skate session.
SKATEYOGI’s Williamsburg location is an indoor skate space dedicated primarily to instruction and progression. With a focus on accessibility, the facility uses low-impact wooden ramps and platforms tailored for learning the fundamentals in a controlled environment.
It is arguably one of the most welcoming spaces for older skaters just starting out. They offer structured 4-week “Adult Basics” series, as well as a weekly Adult Open Skate (typically Wednesday evenings). Space is limited and sessions require advance registration via their website, so check their live calendar before heading over. For gear, local favorite Labor Skateshop is just a subway ride away.
