Seattle's flagship public skatepark, tucked into Lower Woodland Park near Green Lake. Designed by Wally Hollyday, it pairs two bowls with a mini ramp and a large street area, so groups of mixed ability can spread out instead of queueing for the same feature. Free, floodlit surroundings, and open around the clock.
The separate street area is what makes this one work for adults easing back in — you can spend an hour on flatground and small ledges well away from the bowl traffic. Plenty of parking, and the Green Lake path right there if you are bringing family who would rather walk than skate.
