A staffed action sports complex in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex combining outdoor concrete bowls and street plazas with a covered wooden ramp Hangar, evening hours until 10pm, and one-on-one lessons.

Situated between Dallas and Fort Worth at Lone Star Park, Alliance Skatepark is a staffed municipal action sports complex operated by Action Park Alliance. The facility combines outdoor poured-concrete bowls and street courses with “The Hangar,” a large covered pavilion housing wooden and modular ramps, giving older skaters shade from the Texas sun, evening lighting until 10:00pm Monday through Saturday, and a choice between forgiving timber transitions and smooth outdoor concrete.

Returning riders can start on the smaller banks, mellow transitions, and mini-ramp features under the covered Hangar or book one-on-one skate lessons with the park’s coaching staff to rebuild foundational skills at their own pace. Friday through Sunday, the park also opens its Air Bag course for practicing tricks in a controlled, low-impact landing zone. All riders must complete an online waiver before their first session; Grand Prairie residents skate free, while non-residents pay a $10 day pass (or $50 monthly pass). Note that the park is shared with BMX bikes and inline skates, and helmets are mandatory for riders under 13 and anyone riding with handlebars.
