The Level Skatepark

Brighton's premier 1,400 m² polished concrete park on The Level, built by Freestyle Skateparks. It pairs two deep transition bowls with a dedicated lower-tier street and mini-ramp section built specifically for learners and older skaters rebuilding flow. Free and open 24 hours.

Positioned at the southern end of The Level park in central Brighton, this purpose-built concrete facility is the heartbeat of Sussex skateboarding. While its interconnected bowl complex attracts high-flying transition skaters, the park was thoughtfully planned with a segregated shallower section that gives older skaters a calm, low-consequence environment to warm up knees and test balance.

The lower level includes gentle concrete mini-ramps facing each other, smooth flat banks, low ledges, and small stairs. Lighting across the surrounding public park provides visibility into the evening, and being open 24 hours means early morning sunrise sessions before the coastal crowds wake up are straightforward. Public toilets and park benches are right beside the course.
