Situated within scenic Parc Victoria in the La Cité-Limoilou borough of Quebec City, the Skatepark du parc Victoria is the region’s flagship outdoor concrete facility. Designed by Tessier Récréo-Parc in conjunction with New Line Skateparks, the park combines organic architectural flow with a modern street plaza layout along the banks of the Saint-Charles River.

For older skaters, the open-concept footprint offers generous breathing room compared to cramped, traditional skate parks. The perimeter features wide lanes of smooth, polished flatground, gentle banked hip transitions, and low, forgiving manual pads that let you practice turning and balance without feeling boxed into high-velocity transition lines. Furthermore, the City of Québec strictly requires plastic pegs and pedals on BMX bikes, ensuring the concrete edges and transitions remain free of dangerous metal gouges and rough ruts.

Operating daily from May through October, the park is floodlit until 11:00 PM, making relaxed evening sessions easily achievable after work. Skaters seeking calm, uncrowded concrete will find the 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM morning window ideal. Ample municipal parking and park pavilion washrooms are located within Parc Victoria.
