Operating in the Villeray–Saint-Michel–Parc-Extension borough of Montréal, Le TAZ is the largest indoor action sports complex in Canada. Spanning over 86,000 square feet, the indoor facility pairs an expansive Skatepark zone with the Roulodôme, ensuring heated, weatherproof sessions through harsh Quebec winters and summer heatwaves alike.

For older skaters, Le TAZ provides an exceptionally safe and structured environment for rebuilding confidence. The riding surfaces are constructed with high-grade modular birch timber, which delivers significant shock absorption compared to raw outdoor concrete, substantially softening knee and ankle impact on bailouts. The facility runs structured group coaching sessions on Saturday mornings specifically tailored for older skaters and parents learning alongside their kids, while Friday nights feature the late “Vendredi minuit” open session (9:00 PM to midnight), catering to a mature crowd outside school hours.

To keep traffic manageable, weekend mornings from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM are strictly reserved for youth aged 13 and under (“Heure Jeunesse”), ensuring older riders have clear, predictable open sessions in the afternoon and evenings. An on-site gear shop, rental counter, gear lockers, and free vehicle parking make visits straightforward.
